Really poor customer service and the workouts are cookie cutter workouts that they can't change to suit your needs. They also stole money from me without warning as I only signed up for a 12 week plan and then didn't warn me they were going to take more money from me and that I actually needed to cancel. Even after they have admitted I can't use the service and they have miss sold it they won't offer a refund. Really disappointed especially as this financially difficult time with the effects of Covid. I don't know how they sleep at night
Ordered 3 items on 14th Jan for which I didn’t receive my dispatch email until 27th Jan and the parcel still hasn’t arrived! Would expect much faster service considering the price you pay for their products. Won’t be buying from here again.

Amazing price for such an excellent service. I got shreddy in January after months of inconsistent workouts, my attention span and motivation for working out was so low due to lockdowns and gyms being closed. Initially I started out with the 10 and 20 minute workouts as I thought 10 or 20 minutes is better than not working out at all!! I loved these workouts and how I could assign them to different days so if one night I had to work late and didn't have time to workout I could move it to another day. I have recently moved on to the longer workouts and really enjoy these and another excellent aspect of the app is the new real time classes, these are well thought out with exercises modified for beginners and advanced which I think is super helpful especially if you have an injury. I cannot wait to see what else is to come with shreddy, I would love to eventually see some yoga classes on there. I also think the recipe section is brilliant for anyone who is starting their fitness journey and don’t know much about nutrition, there are lots of excellent snack and meal ideas!
I had an item missing from my order so I contacted Shreddy customer service. I got a quick reply, and after sending some pictures of the delivery I got a confirmation that my missing item had been sent. Very polite and helpful service, thank you!
I am OBSESSED with the booty bands from Shreddy! As a PT, it is important for me to have good quality, professional looking products for my clients - and these booty bands have been an absolute life saver both in lockdown and now that the gyms are open.
I bought my bands in December last year, and the quality is UNREAL. They are just as strong as they were the day I bought them. I recommend them to all my clients and colleagues so much so I have the link bookmarked in my Safari.
I have been a fan of Shreddy for a while, I have some bands and have used the app for a while. Recently the new update has come with so many issues and is so much less usable than the last. I have tried to bring this up via comments, direct message, email and just generally reporting potential improvements. I have been ignored completely while they have replied to anyone else fawning over new restocks and new app features that don’t even work!
Recently purchased the vegan protein powder and it’s honestly so delicious and smooth! Can’t recommend it enough. It is a little pricier than what I normally buy but the packaging is totally compostable, so swings and roundabouts (I wish more companies offered compostable packaging!)

I had a missing item and I have tried to get in touch so many times, I've only heard from one person asking me to send a photo of my order to confirm that I was in fact missing an item from my order and then dead silence. I'm disgusted at the service they have provided, no sense of urgency to resolve this matter whatsoever! Honestly such a joke!
I bought the shreddy daily dose peach iced tea and honestly I wish I hadn’t. The powder itself smells fake and like plastic. When mixed with water the drink is just not nice! The powder doesn’t mix well so leaves chunks in the drink and tastes bitter and not like peach iced tea at all. Such a fake plastic sherbet taste. Also, they don’t include scoop for the price of the supplement so it’s hard to tell the accurate measurements! The smell and taste are horrible and the overall experience is just disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend, which is a shame as I would have loved to continuously supported a women owned vegan etc etc business but they have so many bad reviews now.
I payed for a one month membership during the January sales, seeing as I chose the one month option (as opposed to quarterly or annually), it would give the impression that it is only for that month and would not renew at the end of that month. However, i then got an email a month later to say it would automatically be renewed which I think is not very honest and a sneaky way to try and get customer's money. I also found the app overcomplicated and so never got any use out of it as it was much better to use free youtube videos.
